Questions people ask
How do you make an ASCII bunny?
The classic three-line bunny is (\_/) for the ears, (•_•) or (o.o) for the face and / >🥕 or (> <) for the paws. The plain version (o.o) uses only ASCII characters and works everywhere.
Why does the bunny with a carrot show a box?
The carrot is an emoji (U+1F955). Very old systems and some terminals lack emoji fonts and show a box instead. Use the plain ASCII bunny if that happens.
How do I paste bunnies ASCII art without it breaking?
Paste it inside a code block (three backticks before and after) or anywhere that uses a monospace font. Proportional fonts squash the spaces and shear the picture.
Can I use these in my project?
Yes, small ASCII pieces like these are shared freely. If a piece carries artist initials, keep them when you repost it.
